Our refund policy is that your items are damaged. When you receive a damaged item you must send picture of the damaged product, provide name and order number in an email or a text letting us know whether you’d like your money back or for us to reship your order.
Please discard all damaged perishables/sea moss gel as the product may have gone bad.
When a refund is requested the customer will receive a refund for the items purchased.
NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED FOR SHIPPING.
