- Sea moss gel lasts 3-4 weeks if kept in refrigerator.
- Store in mason jar, bowl, or cups. Leaving the container without a lid is recommended but not required.
- Sea moss has no taste, it has a smell of the sea.
- You can also freeze sea moss gel and it will last a year (do not freeze in glass jar) if freezing, place in freezer safe container.
Discard if sea moss begins to smell vile.
